On the far right of your screen is a "Search the MLS" function.  This is a powerful tool which allows you to explore homes available for sale in our area of expertise.  It is our hope that by providing you with this tool in conjunction with our website and the many other services we offer, you may be able to identify an area and price range for your next home.  We look forward to being of service to you.

• Select a County:
  Click on the down arrow and select the area you wish to search.
• Select City/Cities:
  Scroll through the list of Cities.  Click on the name of the city you want to search.  If you would like to search in more than one city, click on the first city name, hold the "Ctrl" button down on your keyboard, scroll to the next city name and click, repeat this procedure until you have identified all subsequent cities you would like to search.
• Property type:
  Select the property type by clicking on the name.  If you would like to search more than one property type, click on the first property type, hold the "Ctrl" button down on your keyboard, scroll to the next property type and click, repeat this procedure until you have identified all subsequent property types you would like to search.
• Bedrooms:*
  Click on the down arrow to the right of "Bedrooms" and click on the minimum number of bedrooms.
• Bathrooms:*
  Click on the down arrow to the right of "Bathrooms" and click on the minimum number of bathrooms.
• No Minimum Price:
  If you wish to restrict the number of results in your search criteria, click on the down arrow of the "No Minimum Price" criteria and identify the minimum price by selecting an appropriate dollar amount.
• No Maximum Price:
  To identify the highest price range to search in, click on the down arrow to the right of "No Maximum Price" and identify the highest price by selecting a dollar amount.
• Name:
  Enter your first name. Hit the tab key and enter your last name.
• Email:
  Enter your email address.
• Phone:
  Enter your phone number.

*Note that the search function looks for the minimum number you identify plus any greater number if allowable by area and price range.  In other words you may identify three bedrooms for the search criteria but get some four or five bedroom homes in your results if the area and price allow.  Same is true of the bathroom search results.

• We will not contact you more than once by telephone.  When we do, it will be only to inquire about your experience on our website and to ask if you have any questions regarding the website, buying or selling real estate that we could help you get answers for.  No obligations.  We will not contact you by phone again unless you indicate that this is acceptable.
• You will receive email bulletins regarding any homes having been newly listed for sale, that meet your search criteria.  If at anytime you would like to stop these bulletins you may "uncheck" the box above the search key labeled, "Receive new listing e-mail alerts on this search ?"
• You will receive emails about Open Houses and Featured Properties.  You may request to be removed from our list by simply responding to the "Request to be taken off your email list" located at the bottom of our emails.
• We will not sell or give away any of your contact information.
